Yoga and meditation are that path into the present moment, at least in my opinion. It helped me become stronger, both physically and mentally, by showing me that my body was more resilient than I thought it was... the same with my mind!Most importantly it taught me that while I might not be able to control the world around me, I could take control of the way that I respond to that world.

Meet Dan
My yoga journey has been an incredible source of inspiration. After finding relief from my chronic back pain and suicidal depression through yoga, I decided to dedicate my life to sharing this transformative practice with others. Through my teachings, I strive to empower my students with the confidence, peace and balance that yoga has brought to my own life. I'm passionate about helping others find inner strength and joy through the practice of yoga, and I'm committed to being a guiding force in their journey towards self-discovery.
